FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We ship packages within 7 business days.  We take extreme care when shipping your packages, but know that there is always a possibility that items can arrive damaged. Please understand that we may not have a replacement to ship out due to limited quantities on some items. If this happens, we will refund you. Please follow these steps if your item is damaged in shipping.  1.) All items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.  Please email us at willowandwildfire@gmail.com, or call us at 717-582-3457. 2.)Please send multiple pictures of the damaged item AND shipping box. We must have both to proceed with a claim.  Also, please note that we do use recycled boxes to ship your items.  Boxes are very expensive for small businesses, and we require a variety of sizes to accommodate all the items we ship.  Thank you!
